The Palsun Service Trolley was developed as a custom service element for the dining environment at The Shilla Seoul. The project focused on combining practical service requirements with a refined form that complements the restaurant’s existing interior and hospitality standards.

The Palsun Service Trolley was developed as a custom service element for the dining environment at The Shilla Seoul. The project focused on combining practical service requirements with a refined form that complements the restaurant’s existing interior and hospitality standards.

Dark wood and black surfaces were combined in a restrained geometric structure, creating a trolley with a sophisticated and understated presence. Multiple levels and integrated handles were carefully designed to support efficient service while maintaining clean proportions.

The trolley was developed through planning, design, and production, with particular attention to mobility, storage, durability, and ease of use. Functional requirements were integrated into the overall form so that the object feels naturally connected to the restaurant environment.
