The design direction emphasized understated forms, tactile materials, and a restrained neutral palette to complement the lounge’s calm and sophisticated interior. Service objects and presentation elements were carefully developed in terms of proportion, material, finish, and usability.
From custom serviceware and trays to presentation details and spatial styling, each touchpoint was designed to support both functionality and visual consistency. Planning, design, production, and installation were coordinated to create a seamless service experience throughout the lounge.
