The Lavender Food Presentation project was developed to extend the restaurant’s refined identity into the presentation of its culinary experience. Each dish was considered not only as food, but as a visual composition that reflects the sophisticated and immersive atmosphere of Lavender.

The Lavender Food Presentation project was developed to extend the restaurant’s refined identity into the presentation of its culinary experience. Each dish was considered not only as food, but as a visual composition that reflects the sophisticated and immersive atmosphere of Lavender.

Dark surfaces, deep blue accents, textured ceramics, glass, and sculptural serving pieces were used to create a dramatic contrast with the food. Color, material, and negative space were carefully balanced to emphasize each dish and enhance its visual character.

From individual plates to multi-course presentations and dessert arrangements, each element was carefully coordinated to create a consistent visual narrative. The presentation was designed to connect cuisine, tableware, and environment as one cohesive fine-dining experience.
